Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actor and singer from the United States. She has received best-recognition for her performances in Nashville, the 2012 drama, as Layla Grant. She also received the award for Sharknado 2013 where she portrayed Claudia Shepard. She also was the lead character in the feature film Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples, grew up in Lake Mary Florida. Her sister is named Ally. Aubrey has been a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years in her teen years. She was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she delivered the valedictory of the 2012 class. Harvard University admitted her, but she needed to be able to consent to her admission the second time because of her Nashville performance. Peeples played in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally & Ally & Alley (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and NecessaryRoughness (1991) as a Guest Star. Peeples was a regular on film and television shows Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective as well as The Good Mother. The Good Mother was the show's second season. she played Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples discussed her bipolar illness in an interview for NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the most talented actors below the age of 20 in September 2014.
